Eagle Scout Project: 2020

09/26/2020 by Palm Coast Historical Society

Boy Scout Philip C. of Troop 402 has chosen our Historical Society as the site of his Eagle Project. He has  created a landscape design to beautify the area in front of the Palm Coast Historical Society Museum, home of the GARFIELD Turtle which is in quarantine.

Please contact us if you would like to donate plants or funds to help get this project in the ground by mid-October [2019].

The goal is to have the work completed in time for the 50th Anniversary of Founder’s Day, originally celebrated on October 29, 1970.  He is working with many people to make this happen and we’re thrilled to be a part of it.

Update

Philip and Garfield celebrated a project success at Founder’s Day.
